Day 12 ~ 15 random facts about you

Hey dolls! I'm soooo excited I have lots of photos to share to you but since I'm blogging using my iPad ( new! Just got it last nov. 30. Early Christmas gift for me yay!) i'll just save it for my next post.

Now continuing this whole challenge thing (which has become the ultimate proof of how lazy I am) I bring you 15 random facts about moi.

1. I'm a shoe addict, makeup enthusiast, shopaholic and a nail-art fan.
2. I don't play any sport. Tried playing volleyball once, I gave up. I'm too weak to even toss a ball. -_-" I dance though.
3. Shopping has always been my escape.
4. I don't drink hot beverages. Yes even if the weather's super cold. It's more of "I can't" than "I don't"
5. Pizza is the only food I can't live without.
6. I rarely listen to old songs. (songs from my parents generation). Makes me feel so sad.
7. I always wanted to have that Australian accent. #talkaboutsexayyy!
8. I can't ride the elevator alone. -_-" as horrendous as it may sound I have to blame horror movies who uses elevators with ghosts or corpses to scare people. (I'm having goose bumps just thinking about it) or I have monophobia? (I hope not)
9. I have insomnia 
10. I have the biggest celebrity crush on CHRIS EVANS. I've been crushin' on him for as long as I can remember. Thaaaaat looooooong I sometimes call it love. Or maybe it is indeed love. Haha 
11. I don't like ugly nails & untrimmed eyebrows.
12. I turn into a neat freak when I clean my makeup drawer, closet and shoe storage.
13. Math will forever be my nemesis and history will always interest me.
14. Paulo Coelho is the best writer IMO.
15. I'm in a 3 year serious relationship with my best friend. 

Nail Art: Cupcake inspired nails

Hi dolls! How's your week so far? I know y'all are excited for the weekends. Relaxation, Shopping time, Clubbing and other blahs. I was really busy this whole week because all of a sudden my parents decided that they want to be married again for their 25th anniversary, and since both my sisters are busy with other important things I was the only one left to run errands for the bride to be. haha. Believe me it's really tiring. If you follow me on twitter you'll see posts that says "busy" or "tired" well this explains why. But all this is for my mom and dad so i'll just shake off my tiredness and lack of sleep because i know it will be worth it.

I'll blog about what happened at the wedding as soon as we got back in manila. btw the wedding will be in Batangas. (*our province) Plus wait for an outfit post. :))

Now on to the nail art post; I came across this youtube video and I can't resist trying this really really cute nail art design by missglamorazzi. :) I was tempted to make a video tutorial for this one but nahh, i'm no guru so I just settled on blogging instead. *this is only my second attempt in doing nail art so please excuse the crappy outcome. hahaha 

They don't really look like cupcakes at all, but they are extremely CUTE!

Here's what I used:

1. Silky white
2. PK101
3. PK106
4. BL606

6. PR903 *Etude house
7. OR203 *Etude house
8. MK09

Instead of using  red nail polish to look like a cherry on top of the cupcake I used Face Shop's PK101 as substitute thinking it would look like a peach on top of a cupcake. Fail! -_-" haha but I have a good reason why I did that though. I didn't want the red polish stealing the limelight from those cutesy base colors. :D

Here's how i did it:

First I covered my nails with base colors. You can use any base color that you want

*tip: candy colored nail polishes are the best base colors.

Use the white polish as frosting. I place the frosting about half of my nails but if you want you can make them 3/4 of your nails to have more room for those cute dots/sprinkles

Now for the sprinkles I put dots in the frosting using the base colors. Then added the peach on top of my cupcake. :D If you want you can put the cherry instead whichever you think looks good. 

*tip: bobby pins are good substitute for dotting tools. :)

Hi sweeties! It's been raining all day here in manila and the electricity's out and i'm effing bored so I decided to make my day productive and start working on a new blog post.

So here's what I use for my everyday makeup. well not really everyday because someone who loves experimenting with makeup don't use the same look every damn day.

Plot
The 14 year old girl Nam is unattractive or in simple terms...ugly. But she's always been secretly in love with an older guy in grade 10 called Chon, the most popular student in high school. He's hot, perfect and generous, and that what makes girls go crazy about him, including Nam too. But she doesn't give up easily. She tries to do everything to get her noticed by the boy she loves, in the hope of him turning around to look at her just one more time.

One of the cutest, most kakakilig movie I ever saw. I watched this movie a couple of weeks ago and this movie made me cry a lot, unrequited love and all. This movie is about a girl Nam, an ugly high school girl who fell in live with P'Shone the school's most handsome guy. Thus, making it "everybody's love story" (the story's tagline btw) you know the ordinary story of high school students where miss unpopular fell in love with mr. heartthrob/all-that. I kinda relive my high school days while watching it; i was just like Nam; dark-skinned, ugly, skinny and insecure (i'm not being too harsh on myself, it's true) and I remember when I had my first crush in high school. He's in third year and 2 years older than me, the typical tall, fair-skinned and chinito guy high school girls go gaga for. I nearly did everything just to get a glimpse of him, yes it includes going to the clinic (faking headache or whatever) whenever he's out for his P.E. class, and did I even get him to notice me? NO. I remember being so effing happy when my friends told me that he and his girl called it off. WTF I thought I had a chance. I remember myself asking for his number despite being so shy, and when I got his number we texted for a few days and then he told me this "don't put all your attention on me there are a lot of guys out there" and something like this "I still love S***** blah, blah, blah" that ends my fantasy of him and I together. Of course I still like him and still get a glimpse of him then but us together I know it won't happen anymore.(but don't feel sad for me ok? everything's all in the past now. I'm not hurting anymore) So this movie is not my story after all. Yes I was ugly and yes he was handsome but no he didn't fell for me. He never liked me unlike P'Shone who is already in love with Nam even before she started changing for him. I also tried to change for the better hoping he'd like me, but I didn't change that fast. I took me more than 3 years and i'm not even 100x better that I was back in high school. I didn't even became fair skinned over the years but WTH i'm now this sun kissed skinned girl that will surely melt your popsicle. :)) (though at some point I saw myself as Nam, as an ugly girl determined to change for the better because of love). But still even if my story didn't end up like that I still recommend that you watch this movie.

The reason why I was MIA was because my dear Reese (laptop) 
crashed and I had to bring her to the repair shop. (and the repairing took thaaaat loooong?!) 


No it didn't. :) I was away for a week for a vacation so i thought the repairing thingie could wait.
Instead of putting Day why not I change it to Month since i do this challenge once a month and maybe i'll be able to finish this by 2013? haha kiddin' wtf.
